Frequently Asked Questions
How do I start a fundraise on eSlice?
Click "Start Your Raise" and follow our guided wizard. You'll choose your regulation type (Reg D, Reg CF, or Reg A+), set your terms, upload your pitch deck, and configure your offering page. Our compliance team reviews everything before you go live.
What regulation should I choose?
Reg CF is best for raises up to $5M from a broad investor base. Reg D 506(b) or 506(c) is ideal for accredited investors with no fundraising cap. Reg A+ works for larger raises up to $75M with lighter SEC reporting.
How long does it take to go live?
Reg D offerings can go live in as fast as 3-5 business days after compliance review. Reg CF requires a Form C filing and typically takes 2-3 weeks. Reg A+ requires SEC qualification and takes 3-6 months.
What fees does eSlice charge?
eSlice charges a platform fee based on your plan. There are no upfront costs — you only pay when you successfully raise capital. Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply to investor transactions.
Can I raise from non-accredited investors?
Yes! With Reg CF, both accredited and non-accredited investors can participate, with individual investment limits based on income and net worth. Reg A+ also allows non-accredited investors.
